The purpose of this study was to examine the perception of athletes" sport experiences, the reasons of de-socialization, the reference group in the desocialization process and how to prepare for the next second career for many years and then to provide empirical data for the next second career preparation and adjustment after de-socialization of track and field athletes.
The reasons of de-socialization in this study were revealed by injuries, diseases, improper features of the body, fragile relationship with teachers, personal abilities, uncertainty of their future, new careers and parent"s advice from their senior"s violence and additionally male athletes" military service and female"s pregnancy were revealed as well. Most athletes wanted to continue their careers except a few voluntarily left-off athletes but they had no choice to stop their sport"s careers.
The importance of reference group for the de-socialization was orderly followed by parents, teachers or coaches and friends. Most athletes were advised by parents for the justification of de-socialization and advised by teachers and coaches for the future careers or their present"s status during adjustment process in the society, They also have advices from their peers who overcome joy, anger, sorrow and pleasure together.
Most athletes" preparation for the next second careers gets ready for the de-socialization in advance. However, few athletes recognized the necessity of prepare for the next career because of their psychologically hard present lives. The most unprepared athletes inhabited other regions by exercising alone.
