Concentration of population due to the industrialization has made the housing supply problem serious, and then disorderly use of the land has become a problem, Furthermore, most of development practices are to strike through mountains, reclaim land, and alter the usage purpose. However, a housing site which is not a living land has been regarded as an unlucky land without vitality having bad influences on people’s lives in Feng Shui. This study focuses on verifying the authenticity of Feng Shui theory by demonstration telling that fortune of housing site makes the person’s life, The differences in the quality of life between people living in lucky land and unlucky land were measured and analyzed. If there are differences of people’s lives depending on the housing site, that means the fortune of Feng Shui can affect those. As the result of analysis, there was no difference in the quality of life between people living in lucky and unlucky housing site. Consequentially, it’s difficult to argue that the fortune of housing site in lucky or unlucky land could affect people’s lives and make those life differently.
