In this study, index tests were conducted through the chemical resistance. Woven PET 5 ton/m and nonwoven PET 530g/m2 geotextiles are subjected to the test. The chemical resistance test used pH 3, 5, 8, 12 buffer solution and tested at room temperature, 30℃, 50℃, 80℃. And the tensile strength was measured for 15days cycle. Test results based on data obtained by using Arrhenius equation to predict long-term performance of goetextiles and life were evaluated. As a result, the higher pH buffer solution and the higher temperature tends to decrease the tensile strength.
