HR flexibility(Skill flexibility, Behavior flexibility, Relational flexibility) has negative(-) effect on the Job insecurity percieved by employees and the job insecurity has positive(+) effect on the Turnover intention. Looking at the relationship between HR flexibility and Turnover intention, only Skill flexibility has negative(-) effect on Turnover intention. Mediated effects on the Job insecurity represents that the Job insecurity mediate partially between HR flexibility and Turnover intention. Looking at the results of analysis, we may, therefore, reasonable conclude that the organization need to conduct an in-depth study into HR flexibility.
