The purpose of this study were to develope and calibrate the suicide risk measurement scale for after-school physical activity participant through goodness-of-fit in Rasch model. 466 students in middle and high school are selected for this study. Rasch measurement compter program, FACETS 3.60 was used to analyzed the data. Model data fit was determined by Infit and Outfit statistics(>.070 and <1.30). Based on the literature review and consultation of content and measurement experts, the 4 factors(family environment, depression, suicide instigation, self-efficacy) was generated. The family environment factor was that the 2 items were eliminated and the depression factor was that the 4 items were eliminated. The suicide instigation factor was that the 8 items were eliminated and the self-efficacy factor was that the 3 items were eliminated in this study. Overall, the 4 rating categories functioned well; threshold advanced category. The items in the 4 factors, the separation index and separation reliability statistics provided evidence that the items had good variability with a high degree of confidence in replicating placement of the items. This study made the suicide risk measurement scale and the result provided support for using after-school physical activity participant.
