Purpose of this study was to investigate moderating effect on the grade qualification for membership within the Korean ladies professional golf (KLPG) player"s perception toward and future contract with agents.
295 ladies golf players who are belonging to KLPGA (Korea ladies professional golf association) and playing an active part in KLPGA regular tour, Dream and Jump tour were picked for this study. The questionnaire that utilized for attaining this object was composed of KLPG players" agent perception, agent contract, grade qualifications for membership of KLPGA, and general characteristics. Collected data were analyzed the relation between player"s perception and future contract of agents included moderating effect on the qualification grade for membership with SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 7.0.
The results were as follows: It has to do with a positive relation between perception and future contract of agent in the KLPG players significantly. But it takes a moderate effect between agent perception and future contract according to qualification grade for membership significantly. In conclusion it was not approved that every KLPG players have a positive perception of agent and contract with agent in the future. It is just professional ladies golf players want to contract with agent for devoting in golf tour consistently and having sponsorship than semi-professional players up to now.
