The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of perfectionism and stress coping strategies on competitive state anxiety in the female professional golfers. According to the KLPGA in the female professional golfer and to investigate the cause and effect relationship between variables. As for the subjects of this study, 102 participants were sampled from the 2011 KLPGA tournament. The perfectionism and stress coping strategies were set as an independent variable and competitive state anxiety was set as a dependent variable. Data was analyzed with SPSS PC win 17.0 Version. Alpha was set at .05. Results were as follows; First, there were statistically significant differences in the perfectionism influence on cognitive state anxiety and physical state anxiety in money list player 1 group however, there were statistically significant differences in the perfectionism influence on cognitive state anxiety, physical state anxiety, and self-condition in klpga final qualifying tournament player 2 group. Second, there were statistically significant differences in the stress coping strategies influence on physical state anxiety only in 1 group however, there were statistically significant differences in the stress coping strategies influence on cognitive state anxiety, physical state anxiety, and self-condition in 2 group.
