In this paper we proposed Ubiquitous Healthcare System based on IPv6 for Location Based Service. This paper shows the newly existing idea in IPv6 for healthcare. 6lowpan stack has ability to connect the physical environment in real-world applications such as healthcare, wireless sensor network, network technology etc. IP-enable motes set on the patient body for retrieving biomedical from body in PAN. PAN network connected PC via gateway or base station for further analysis or to the doctor’s PDA (Personal Digital Assistant). The doctor can recognize or analyzepatient data from anywhere on globe by internet service provider equipments. Global Positioning System (GPS) was added for patient location data for fast transfer and real-time monitoring. The integration of 6lowpan and GPS for Healthcare based on Location based service was presented.
