This study aims at analyzing the conflicts among stakeholders concerned with urban redevelopment projects of the Yongsan region 4, which is investigated by using the political network analysis. The analysis process can be divided into three steps: the starting period, emerging period, and deepening period. The economic factors, residents participation, and the absence of conflicts coordinator are investigated in order to find out the reasons for conflicts in each step. The demand for consulting about achieving economic compensation, the expansion and guarantee of participation chances, and the conflicts’ adjustment and arbitration are necessary for smooth redevelopment.
