In fry image, overlapping fries make counting inaccurate. Former "worm eating leaf' arithmetic [3] can not distinguish overlapping fry's image. Therefore, this paper put forward a new eroding arithmetic to analyze overlapping fry's images and count them. This arithmetic, which is based on white and black image, by eroding some pixels, creates several pixels that only in one direction joint the fry object, and I call these pixels culmination. The arithmetic transforms the identification of the overlapping fry images to the statistic of the culmination amount and count fish. In theory it provides a new way to count overlapping object and enhance accuracy.
