Through the development of multimedia and communication technology, multimedia learning based on the Internet is settled in the essential element in education and many learning contents are served to us by various form in the Internet. For the best use of various contents in web and independence of time and location in mobile, if combined learning system of web and mobile is served to learner, it is able to own the learning resources together and use in the both environments without the limit. In this paper, the convertible and reusable method from web-based learning content into mobile-based learning content is proposed which reuses web-based learning contents already revitalized. And the framemodel of combined learning system is proposed that is used in web and mobile environment both. The learner can learn the web-based learning content in PC, also he/she can select some Assets of mobile-based contents in mobile. This learning system in use of various devices will increases the learning effectiveness of learner.
