The purpose of this study is to identify the influences of the 3 elements of the entrepreneurship; the innovation, proactiveness, risk-taking on the negotiation performance of the trades' executives.
This study examined the definition and nature of the entrepreneurship and negotiation performance first, and then extracted the key characteristic elements in the entrepreneurship and the distributive and integrative agreement in the negotiation performance.
The methodology for this study included AMOS regarding what influences the 3 elements of innovation, proactiveness and risk-taking have on the distributive agreement and integrative agreement with the survey data from 189 clerks in charge of trade against China.
The summary of study results are as follows;
Frist while the only innovation among the elements of the entrepreneurship have a significant effect on the distributive agreement the proactiveness and risk-taking do not have any significant effect on it.
Second. all elements of entrepreneurship, precisely the innovation proactiveness and risk-taking have a significant effect on the integrative agreement.
This result suggests that the integrative agreement that is mean win-win agreement hold passive attitude toward the long-term transaction.
Especially, these study results suggest that the innovation element of the entrepreneurship need to establish long-term transaction to have win-win performance between Korea and China.
