The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of training program for 12 weeks on muscular strength, agility, heart rate, and blood lactate concentration. Results of this study were as follows: First, in the muscular strength through 12 weeks training program, back strength and grip strength before and after exercise was showed significant difference. Second, in the agility through 12 weeks training program, side step and response test of light were showed significant difference. Third, in the heart rate through 12 weeks training program, heart rate immediately after take a rest and third round was not showed significant difference, heart rate immediately after warm up was showed remarkably significant difference. Also, heart rate immediately after first round and second round was showed significant difference. Fourth, in the blood lactate concentration through 12 weeks training program, blood lactate concentration immediately after take a rest, first round, second round, and third round was not showed significant difference, but blood lactate concentration immediately after warm up was showed significant difference.
