The purpose of this study was to examine parents’ perceptions on difficulties in elementary school life of their children with Asperger Syndrome. The data used in this study were messages in internet bulletin boards and they were analyzed by ethnographic method. The results of this study were as follows: First, this study identified the five domains(self-management skills, academic skills, acceptance skills, peer-relationship skills, and drug reactions) that parents perceived as difficulties in their children’s elementary school life. Second, parents’ perceptions on difficulties in their children’s elementary school life adaptations were 29.7% in peer-relationship skills, 23.7% in academic skills, 22.3% in acceptance skills, 14.1% in self-management skills, and 10.2% in drug reactions. Parents of children in lower-elementary grades responded that their children had more maladjustment factors in self-management skills and acceptance skills, on the other hand, parents of children in upper-elementary grades responded that their children had more maladjustment factors in academic skills and peer-relationship skills. These results would serve as ground works for planning successful inclusion for elementary school children with Asperger Syndrome
