Introduction: Even if each of the problems on HCI individually found is solved, easy-to-use products can not be developed overall. It is hoped to derive a drastic solution now. To discover the design subject area, it proposes the method of discovering the situation in which the problem happens.
Method: The situation in which the problem found by task analysis happens is recorded according to a certain classification, and the situation key word is extracted. The categorical data sheet where the situation key word of the problem is recorded is attempted and making the situation key word with relativity a group is attempted to the factor analysis. The situation where the situation keyword with relativity describes becomes a design subjects.
Result: It was confirmed that it was possible to experiment on the case where this method is used, and to describe by the combination of situations in which the problem happened because of the situation key word with relativity.
