On the above, following section Ⅰ. an introduction, this thesis forms a constitution around section Ⅱ. main revision of Incoterms 2000 based on introduction, preamble and regulation, section Ⅲ. additional problems and revision of Incoterms 2000 based on introduction, preamble and regulation, section Ⅳ conclusion. The conclusion is as follows :
① As making mention through my earlier theses on Incoterms 2000, it needs to make expression and contents complementary through introduction and regulation etc.
② ICC need to refer problems and revision raised here when Incoterms 2000 will be revised in the future, business world has to pay attention to them upon trade under Incoterms 2000 and researchers has to use them as raw materials in order to study in depth
③ this thesis need to verify about its usefulness in the future because of writing under my subjective views.
④ some scholars argue that my theses are more adhesived on problems of Incoterms 2000 than study of the method of its practical use, but I think that study on problems and revision of Incoterms 2000 has to take precedence of research of practical use.
