As the value chain of the cultural contents industry is changed by increasing the usage of IT, our society demands the innovation resources of the cultural contents industry, which will be also needed to grow constantly in the future.
The necessity of promotion for the standardization is submitted to the cultural contents industry because recently the standard is recognized as the technical innovation and the factor of its spreading, and it is estimated that it has brought up many economic effects.
Though at present many standards are established for the cultural contents industry, we need to set up the new direction of strategy such as the establishment for suitable objects and to pay respect to new environments by the IT use.
