Nowadays, the international economic environment has been improved by the GATT/WTO, The purpose of this paper is to analyze the foreign opening system and our strategy in regional expanding policy of bloc economy. Most countries of WTO members already participate in one or more regional trading blocs. They has been searched for ways to promote opening trade.
Under the direction of international economic environment, we must take the commerce cooperation in regional order or bloc economy, considering the tendency of globalism or multilateralism coping with the WTO structure.
Thus, the most realistic policy for korea to follow is to explore actively the establishment of FTAs with major trading partners.
