For the achievement of expedite procedures are summarized to the followings.
First, we need to widely promote arbitration based on standard arbitration contract clause and thus interested parties are able to use for their arbitration.
Second, representative did neither enhance arbitration success rate nor shorten duration, so it would be better resolve disputes between interested parties rather than employing representative.
Third, the duration of construction arbitration is found to be the longest. It is need to make arbitration regulation for construction arbitration.
Fourth, a significant portion of arbitrations are associated with contract. Enhancing the understanding for contract is urgently required.
Fifth, one arbitrator is faster than that through three arbitrators and thus institutional attempts to advance the former is necessary.
Sixth, the duration for inter-country arbitration is longer. If applicants are located in foreign countries. It is because they are not able to proceed quickly, It is necessary to revise arbitration regulation to hasten arbitrations such as fastening communications with representative.
Seventh, it is necessary to newly set up the relationship between arbitration bureau and arbitrator. Arbitration hearing and awards are done by the arbitrators and arbitrators appointment and sending arbitration awards to the court is done by the arbitration bureau. Commercial arbitrators are quickly proceed arbitration cases but academician arbitrators are relatively slow in procedure. Education and promotion for this matter is urgent.
Finally, this paper is expected to contribute for the fastening arbitration procedure.
