The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of transactional characteristics and the empirical on acceptance for transportation service determinants fact and information innovation of Freight Forwarder's.
The underlying theories such as Technology Acceptance Model, examined in the process of deriving the research model. Research methodology used in this study was mainly survey and questionnaire. Structural equation model is used in the hypotheses test.
This study investigates the concept of the information innovation and acceptance of freight forwarder's and its determinants. The study survey is tested here using data from 196 samples. The result of hypothesis to test were found as follows;
1. Freight Forwarder's practice innovation is found to have a positive effect to transportation cost, safety but is not found to have a positive effect to "trustworthy", "utilization".
2. Freight Forwarder's information innovation is found to have a positive effect to "transportation cost", "safety", "trustworthy", "utilization".
3. Transportation service determinants are found to be positively related to Cargo's acceptance
