The importance of the trade infrastructure can not be overemphasized in the rapidly changing global trade circumstance. It is not much to say that the following strategies, expansion the trade infrastructure of Gangwon province by inducing Goseong Customs for revitalization of the inter-Korean trade and security of competitive power and ability to stand on their own by improving trade environment, are the realistic measure of Gangwon province. The East Sea, silent sea in the Cold-War frontier, rises the central area of reconciliation and the inter Korean trade. The linking of cross-border(The eastern Donghae Line) roads and railways make progress with activity on the completion step, so should establish the Goseong Customs newly as the base of Pan East Sea economic sphere. Therefore I look forward to cooperating politically for the balanced development of the national territory, supporting in systematic manner for revitalization of the Inter-Korean trade.
