As hotel enterprises have been recognized as the service industry with high dependency on human resources, in order to take market advantages, each enterprise tries to improve employees' quality and ability through education and support. In light of this, this study lays its major purpose on identifying the transitional outcome of the educational training. In order to identify whether organizational support for transition has an adjusting effect in terms of the effect of each characteristic of educational training for hotel employees on the transitional outcome or the educational training, the researcher conducted survey and analysis for regular employees working in special class hotels.
As a result, in terms of the influence of characteristics of learning and educational training among hotel employees on the outcome of educational training, it could be identified that organizational support for learning has an adjusting effect. However, in the influence of transitional characteristics on the outcome of educational training, support for learning from seniors, colleagues, and organizations has a partially adjusting effect. Since this study limited adjusting variables to seniors, colleagues, and organizations, it is thought that study on identifying adjusting variables which change transitional outcomes according to educational methods.
