Defining the effective space units will be essential for making U-City Road map. Space units have to be defined partly in precise classification of units and their elements and partly in hierarchical order assuming that it's time to prepare U-City plan policy and construction. Connotative space units (building, street, facility, district, city, inter-) and their composition elements are established. Building is composed of interior, exterior and in-between space in which smart u-devices would be installed producing u-services. Street consists of floor, wall and ceiling. In that manner, district is composed of building, street and centre and so on. Specialist survey shows that space units have to have a priority such as facility, building, district, street, city, inter-. This paper which has the character of the space unit proposal for U-City propulsions needs verification and amendment in necessity. Specially, star space unit which present well U-City's characteristics and U-service quality have to be studied and proposed. The definition and making prototype of U-infrastructure will be employed in preparing U-City roadmap. This paper will serve as a framework and reference for planning and construction of U-City.
