The purpose of this study was to compare the blood lipid profiles and antioxidant enzyme(Superoxide Dismutase:SOD), lipid peroxidation (Malondialdehyde : MDA) difference between general people group and Mountain climbing group. The subject of this study were two groups composed each one by general people group(n=6 : age30 to 40) and Mountain climbing group (n=7: experienced 5years). Blood sample were measured both before the exercise and finished. Independent sample t-test and repeated measure ANOVA was utilized to analyze the data. The results were as follows: Serum HDL-C level was no significant difference Between Group(p>.05). But, there was a difference which considers the within the group statistically(p<.05) Serum LDL-C level was no significant difference Between Group(p>.05). But, there was a difference which considers the within the group statistically(p.<05) Serum TG levels was no significant difference Between Group(p>.05). But, there was a difference which considers the within the group statistically(p.<05). Serum MDA levels was no significant difference Between Group(p>.05). Serum SOD levels of general people group was significantly higher than Mountain climbing group(p<.05).
As a result of the research, mountain-climbing groups in statistics on a difference in their blood lipid profiles and lipid peroxide and anti-oxidation enzymes for a long period of active climbing training is a positive effect for improving the aerobic performance.
