A mechanical impact or a influence like a vibration that is unavoidably generated in the vehicles or machinery, normally brings about a sickness, nausea, emesis, and dizziness. If it is continuously generated for a long time, it is well known to the general public that they are major induced cause of musculoskeletala disorders (MSDs), including a pain and edema of waist back knee, shoulder, wrist, ankle, and neck. By the reason of this cause, IS) warned in 1999 that the over-exposure in vibration affect harmfully for the human body, laying down a guidance related with WBV. On the other hand, as the efficacy of vibration reported to the academic fields from 19905, a suitable passive stimulation with intensity that the whole body can be adapted is reported helpful for psychological and mental health as well as for positive changes to the structure of human body, including neuro-musdular system, skeleton system, and immunity system. I would like to generally consider on negative and positive effects on the vibration exercise in this study.
