It has been passed 10years that Kosdaq market was founded in 1996 and 『the special Law for Upbringing the Venture business』was made and effected in 1997. Venture industry made a significant contribution to constitutional improvement and modernization of industrial structure. And there is no doubt that it plays the role of positive parts which constructs a new economical paradigm of our society. On the other hand there are apprehensions about Venture business.
Under the circumstance in these days of making conversion of paradigm, it is important of promotion necessity of Small-middle business and Venture business and change of industrial conditions to enhance business competition and industry activity. A point of view of Small-middle businessman to start an enterprise, especially starting an enterprise of Small-middle business or Venture business is fascinated with us. And for it, enough investigation and advanced knowledgement are required about matters to considerate or procedure to follow the establishment as business and substance of Venture business.
Our venture industry begins a generation of new challenge, and to make a new generation growth power of our economy, venture boom was enough cognizant of having an great deal of assignment. Therefore the government should re-examine synthetically a plan to bring up Venture industry and consider multilaterally a related counterplan. Moreover, Venture business must do one's endeavors to improve constitution.
An important thing for development of Venture industry isn't cordial industry environment or supporting of government but emergence of a world-wide Venture business acknowledged authority and technical power. These states play an important role in to inspiring challenge mind and giving dreams to pre-inaugurator.
