There is an endless continuation of studies that attempt to enrich the value of modern urban spaces and to transform them into impressive spaces. However, cities of the mankind has encountered a dilemma with the direction of future cities and vicinities as they have grown into unexpectedly massive sizes through the industrial revolution from the 18th to the 20th Centuries and have quickly entered the age of globalism in the modern times. This is a dispute that has been invoked by different views on mind and material generated by the dualistic correlation of the methodologies of urban visions to develop or to preserve. Modem urban development or urban planning has undergone excessive development and image transformation and many have been worried about the damage and destruction it causes. Thus, it has been necessary to establish regulations and restrictions.
