This paper aims to comparative analysis on landscape evaluation by factors of urban landscape. Factors of urban landscape are composed of three factors which are natural landscape, building landscape and street landscape. First, natural landscape is made up green-landscape, coast-landscape and river-landscape. Secondly, building landscape is comprised of apartment and business facilities, accommodations facilities. Third, street landscape is made up of road, pedestrian passage and overpass. To evaluate on landscape is composed of visual properties and affective appraisals using semantic differential scale, overall Busan landscape. As a result of analysis, a natural landscape is the most content in evaluating urban landscape. Because Busan is located in the coast and mountains, Nak-Dong river and On-chua river cross the city. These factors are the most important on determine the overall the urban landscape. On the other hand, in case of building landscape factors and road landscape factors affect urban landscape, but each of factor insufficiently affect urban landscape evaluation.
