The purpose of this research is to investigate audience’s multimedia using-patterns through analysis on the Korean Time Use Survey(KBS-SNU). In the result, first of all, changes of audience’s media consumption being classified under 12 groups through sex and age have got quite different patterns. This means audience’s multimedia using-patterns are diversely formed by media user’s characteristics in a Multimedia Environment. Next, as a result of time-series analysis through audience’s using ratio data of each media, old media which are TV, printed matters, radio have a negative correlation each other in 1990.’ However, as of 2005, the negative correlation of old media has been declined, and the negative correlation of TV and computer-internet has conversely got a high rate of increase. Also, the negative correlation of each media is largely different by sex and age. Lastly, the analysis of media using feature of ‘one-source user,’ ‘two-source user,’ ‘multi-source user’ being classified by media using ratio has confirmed there are wide disparities in media using features and demographic composition as each group. Especially the media composition in all groups has gradually included computer-internet, but TV still functions as a primary role in a media composition.
