We are very interested in solving the employment crisis affecting university graduates and boosting opportunities. The employment percentage of graduates is an important criteria for the competitiveness of any university. For the purpose of resolving unemployment issues, the university and students together should reevaluate their future employment goals.
In this paper, I would like to identify some strategies for employment based on raising students' awareness of needs. We have to have a strategy in order to boost employment. The ability to use information and express oneself considered an important factor in finding work.
One should not miss the opportunity due to the amateurish ability to use information and inaccurate judgement. Therefore, career counseling between professor and student and a system that will help student to find a job are needed. In addition, special programs are needed to maximize self-expression for employment because practical ability and aptitude as an employee rather than extrinsic background are critical to get a job. In this context, we recognize the extreme importance and need for career-planning instruction.
