The purpose of this study is to analysis the problems of the protect system which is for day-to-day construction workers, and to propose the improvement plan. For the purpose of this study, grasp the working condition through a case study and make an examination of day-to-day construction workers employed management in a construction sites. Also it propose the improvement plan, about the problem of day-to-day construction worker's protect system by the Labor Standard Act and Labor related laws. Following these studies, derived the problems of current labor related laws including the labor standard act and propose the improvement. The results of this study were as follows; 1) Labor related laws as the Labor Standard Act is not be suited day-to-day construction workers Analyze the problems of protecting day-to-day construction worker's protect system. And have a problem whit employment business as well as payment level and method of a retiring allowance. 2) Based on analyzed problems, Propose the improvements plan for reinforcing the function of protecting construction laborers laws, unifying the employment management system and severance exemption system. And the I type of retiring allowance payment method becomes to S type what is according to record of a company.
