An ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma was found in a 5-month-old female Mongolian gerbil (Meriones unguiculatus). The animal was evaluated because of slowly progressive abdominal enlargement. Postmortem examination revealed clear, pale, straw-colored fluid in the peritoneal cavity. The left ovary was very huge size as 2x5x3 cm and nodular shaped.
