Building permit is the basic administrative procedure for the building construction. But the regulations for building permit are scattered not only in the Building Code but also in the Individual Laws. So in Building Code, it defines the Individual Laws for the legal fiction and the complex civil applications-related Individual Laws. However, it is limited to respond to the often-revised Individual laws. Therefore, this study suggests the revision of the building permit regulation through the comparative analysis on both the Building Code and the Individual Laws.
For this, the method of this study focused on comparative analysis on both the Building Code and the Individual Laws. At first, I draw the Individual Laws related building permit and its articles which regulated article 11, and 12 in Building Code. And on the basis of this, I observed the history of each related Individual law and its articles. Finally I pointed the differences through comparative analysis between Individual Laws in Building Code and present Individual Law. And I suggested the revision of Building permit regulation through reflecting them to the articles of the Building Code.
