This study has purposes of lowering blood alcohol level after drinking promptly through recovery types(aerobic exercise, sauna, stable recovery) for eliminating hangover so called ‘long-lasting inebriation’ by having a resting period after drinking alcohol, and finding out how it works for liver functional enzymes(r-GTP, GOT, GPT). This study selected its study object of nine students in the department of physical education in Incheon City as testes, and divided them into three groups by recovery types(aerobic exercise, sauna, stable recovery), and measured them repeatedly for three weeks by measuring times(before drinking alcohol, after one hour from drinking alcohol, after eight hours of resting period, after 30 minutes by recovery types, after 30 minutes of recovery period). For the alcohol intake, S vodka(40%) was used, and the amount of intake was set as blood alcohol level of 0.15% or so by substituting it to the Widmark’s formula.The results of analyzing samples of blood extracted at measuring times(before drinking alcohol, after one hour from drinking alcohol, after eight hours of resting period, after 30 minutes by recovery types, after 30 minutes of recovery period) on blood alcohol level and liver functional enzymes are as follows: 1)The changes of blood alcohol level by recovery treatments after drinking alcohol was shown meaningfully in the groups of after 30 minutes by recovery types and after 30 minutes of recovery period(p<.01). Moreover, meaningful differences were shown among ll of the measuring times(p<.001). 2)The changes of liver functional enzymes by recovery treatments after drinking alcohol (1)r-GTP did not show meaningful difference among the groups, and in relation to measuring times, it showed meaningful difference the group of aerobic exercise(p<.01). (2)GOT did not show meaningful difference among the groups and measuring times. (3)GPT did not show meaningful difference among the groups, but showed meaningful difference among all of the measuring times(p<.05). Consequently, it is considered that light aerobic exercise after eight hours of resting period can more effectively prevent hangover than the sauna or stable recovery.
