The aims of this study were to establish the structural model of the relationship among service quality, satisfaction and loyalty. Specific objectives were to analyze the effect of service quality on tourist satisfaction, loyalty, effect of tourist satisfaction on loyalty, and to determine the causes and effects relationship of the tourist satisfaction on rural experiential tourism.
The researcher developed a questionnaires to obtain the measures of three latent variables; service quality, satisfaction and loyalty. Service quality was consisted of 4 sub-domains namely utility of program, hospitality of inhabitant, price of establishment, fitness of establishment. Tourist satisfaction and loyalty were measured by 4 and 3 question items respectively. The following conclusions were drawn from this study: 1. Service quality on rural experiential tourism showed a positive effects on tourist satisfaction. 2. Tourist satisfaction on rural experiential tourism showed a positive effects on loyalty. 3. Service quality on rural experiential tourism did not show a positive effects on loyalty, but indirect of service quality on loyalty were meditated by tourist satisfaction. It showed that tourist satisfaction was found to be an important meditator to explain the relationship between service quality and loyalty on rural experiential tourism. 4. hospitality of inhabitant of 4 sub-domains of service quality influenced on the most of satisfaction and loyalty.
