It is clear that the concrete evaluation tools for written text need to be intensively developed as all the flows of writing education have been concentrated only on writing strategies. Moreover, typical errors are to be patternized for being criteria of the evaluation tools. Development of evaluating strategies prevents the texts from untidiness as the development of writing strategies boosts up the effectiveness of writing education. Accuracy of the expression, diversification, harmony of the sentences. and systematic composition are chosen as key factors in order to be criteria for evaluating the texts. The construction of writing is composed of vocabulary, sentence, paragraph and script hierarchically, on the functioning rhetoric and elaboration. Evaluation strategies are built with the criteria such as accuracy of writing, diversification of sentence structure, harmony of paragraphs' organizing, and systematic composition of script.
