Random Number Generators(RNGs) are an important building block for algorithms and protocols in cryptography. Sequences of "random" numerical values are used in many statistical procedures, in numerical mathematics, in physics, and also in number-theoretic applications to replace statistical observations or to automate the input of variable quantities. In this paper, we made a new RNG using RIJNDAEL and tested the randomness of our RNG through NIST's statistical test program.
