Nowadays, each country around the world puts safety in operation first on the international aviation market. To that end, they are striving to construct state-of-the-art safety navigation facilities at airports, and perform safety management and inspection activities to airport facilities. However, despite these efforts, bird strikes accidents at airports, which occur being accompanied by personal and material damage, do not decrease. In addition, the market has not yet seen systems using information system to prevent such accidents. Hence, we need to develop BSPA systems. In this connection, this paper has proposed an information system supportive of safety inspection activities in relation to bird control at airports. The conceptual model of the BSPA system applies object oriented model language of UML (Unified Modeling Language) of "4+1 View" Architecture Model, thus assisting those parties involved who are trying to construct the systems. The conceptual model of the BSPA system, presented in this paper, comprises six sub-systems such as "bird strikes patrol activities management", "bird strikes repulsion equipment management", insects "extermination activities management", "weeding activities management", "bird ecological information management," and "collision accidents information management" between birds and aircraft. (The paper) is focused on "bird strikes patrol activities management," the core function of "BSPA system."
