The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between motivation of participator of paragliding and flow and self-actualization. Specifically, it aimes to examine: Firstly, Will the motivation of participator of paragliding influence the flow? Secondly, Will the motivation of participator of paragliding influence the self-actualization?, Thirdly, Will the flow of participator of paragliding influence the self-actualization?
The subjects of this study was selected by stratified convenience sampling method of participator of paragliding involvement in Kyung-Ki. The survey questionnaires were used to collect the data. The questionnaire for the formalization factor of motivation of participation by Jin(1998) and the questionnaire for the formalization factor of flow by Jeong(1997) and the questionnaire for the formalization factor of self-actualization by Son(1999). The statistical methods such as multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data. From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions:
Firstly, The motivation of participator of paragliding partially influenced the level of flow. The results represented that only the motivation of participator of paragliding positively influenced both sum of flow and sub-factors.
Secondly, The motivation of participator of paragliding partially influenced the level of self-actualization. The results represented that only the motivation of participator of paragliding positively influenced both sum of self-actualization and sub-factors.
Thirdly, The flow of participator of paragliding partially influenced the level of self-actualization. The results represented that only the flow of participator of paragliding positively influenced both sum of self-actualization. and sub-factors.
