It appeared muscular strength person, arrangement of back muscle strength and tricep muscle strength left was not statistics significant difference, but tricep muscle strength right wan the difference which considers from extensor power. 2. It appeared Isotonic maximum muscular strength person, bench press, Squat, set-up and power-crane from the difference statistically. 3. It appeared muscle endurance person, the difference which very considers statistically from sit-up and half Squat jump was the very difference considers statistically and the chinning, push-up, Repetitive jump was not appeared. 4. While being muscle power person, 20m running was very difference considers statistically, Sergeant Jump was not appeared the difference considers statistically. 5. While being agile characteristic person, side step, 30sec Foot changing run, Zigzag running, was the difference which considers statistically , the light and sound reaction time was the difference which considers statistically. 6. While being pliability person, the trunk extension backward, the sit trunk extension forward was not the difference considers statistically, but leg the front and after open angle was the difference considers statistically.
When trying to synthesize the conclusion of over, The maximum muscular power Training which cabinets to periodic anger principal , from power circuit training the sample program which it applies It will improve the maximum muscular strength in balance muscular power advancement of the flexor and the extensor of dispersing anaerobic power ability, pliability, agility and an extensor's balance characteristic, muscle strength affirmative effect with considers statistically. The muscular power motion program which cabinets to the peculiarity and periodic principal of each item each sports item will especially make from like the program which hereafter it sees consequently if application the specialty physical strength of the bows improving judgement. as well as It gives the best knowledge to players and instructors for their improvement.
