This study focused on major factors of church growth by considering Biblical and missiological perspectives. In this research, the author defined the concept of church growth and discussed strategies for church growth. In particular, the author emphasized that the closely interrelated areas of Christian education and church education are both necessary to achieve ideal and healthy church growth. Furthermore, the author provided specific cases of fast church growth that has occurred in Korea, China, and the United States. In conclusion, the author of this paper suggested and stressed that Christian and church education can be key elements of church growth, since the ultimate purpose of church growth is to perform God’s will and command.
