There are increasing occasions these days that juveniles of early teens prostitute themselves being employed in disorderly house. Especially the number of runaway teenagers and maladjusted juveniles are increasing to the serious level and the case of lending themselves to sex trade is rising daily. Although an act of prostitution and sex trade which sell and buy the sex is totally prohibited by the law, there are rearly punished people, It is considered as a usual social phenomenon, as developing various kinds of media of communication, another type of sex trade are increasing these days which is subjecting to short-term unemployed women and juveniles of early teens using those media after financial crisis. Being employed in disorderly houses as a juvenile and sex trade of teens is increasing fast so it becomes a serious social problem. These situations are not only making juveniles ill physically and mentally and unfair sexploitation of irreparable aftereffect but destroying a sex ethics and the social evil which ruins national future, Strengthening the counter-measure of sexual protection for the children and teenagers which suits in the international tendency and the necessity of strict punishment to juvenile sexual criminals and making devices for protecting or leading properly to the damaged young people, "the law regarding a young people sexual protection" was established to guarantee the human rights of the young people and to be able to return toward the healthy social member.
The law about juveniles sex-protection is mainly concerned doctrines of aggravated punishment to sex-business industry proprietor and adoption of opening personal history, unpunishing policy to illegally employed teenagers and criminal punishment to the sex trade customer for juveniles.
The social interest about sex trade comes to high with enacting the juveniles sex-protection regulation, also discussions and data are accumulated plentifully. From now on, there is necessity to arrange this data and research results and find the sensible solution to this problem systematically and synthetically, without discussing common problem points of the existing research.
This research arranges the contents of the juveniles sex-protection regulation, studies current points of issue and their solutions whether it is feasible or not and consider effective countermeasures.
