This study presents a plan of professionalism of private security in korea to provide positive safety, and crime prevention activity for citizens. A method of this study, this paper used literature study about private security training system in America, Japan and Austria.
This study, an introduction is at the chapter I, foreign's private security system about a role of public police and private security at chapter Ⅱ, the realities of private security of korea at the chapter Ⅲ, Problems and plan of improvement at professionalization of private security in korea at the chapter Ⅳ, and conclusion at the chapter Ⅴ.
In conclusion, It is needed a public information strategy, partnership between the police and guard, establishment of special office for private security, and the improvement of the quality in security corporation.
