This study performs for the advancement of accuracy and application about the forecast of urban growth factor that necessary urban and regional planning. The purpose of this paper is to set a time series model so as to analyze the interrelative spreading effect to the examination of urban growth system by class. This research carry out by State-space model that using time series data connected with urban growth(l964-1994). To add to this, simulation is performed to grasp a route of spreading effect that using the urban development of small city factor(Actor) and the population of Seoul(Reactor).
The findings form this simulation are summarized as follows ;
First, the population of Seoul effected due to not the population of small city but the urban development of Seoul factor.
Second, performances of urban planning generate two effect that both the realization of object essence and spreading effect of Chain & Circulation.
Third, the fruitful urban planning is that using both capacity and timelag of acceleration & cancelling as per time.
The findings form this simulation are summarized as follows ;
