The purpose of this study is to evaluate the economic impact of the constructed road with the application of cost-benefit analysis method. To proceed this study, first the theoretical study about the cost-benefit analysis method is made. And traffic volume is surveyed in Iri Ind.Est.-Iri IC road enlargement and Namwon - Gurye in case study to predict that of twenty years after. The results of this study are as followlngs ; on the base of 13% discount, the Be ratio is 1.69, 3,353 million won of NPV and IRR is 20.75% in Iri Ind.Est.-Iri IC road and Namwon-Gurye road is each of 1.62, 8,510 million won and 21.28% by the cost-benefit analysis. And in the view point of traffic policy, the constructed road will contribute to the regional economic development. So the deployment of traffic policy will be the regional economic development. So the constructed road will contribute to the regional economic development. So the deployment of traffic policy will be planned systematically and reasonably from the beginning stage through execution in order to make a smooth flow of traffic and also considerate the economic imact of the whole region by its traffic.
