It studies a desirable role of a ward office by the change in administration called open administration and following space improvement plan focusing on the connection with the office space.
A desirable role of a ward office in open administration is to be a space for local development created actively by local people. Their self-conceit and pride for that region, connectedness and feeling of belongingness may influence on local government and administration for local development. Each space for meeting that people can have connectedness and belongingness to the region, for culture and education that trains people to have self-conceit and pride to the region, and for local people can actively participate in administration must have close connection. Such connectedness of space is necessary for active intention exchange between local people and for harmonious communication between an administrative organ and local people.
In addition, ubiquitous technology help to make more effective communication in getting opinions of local people and administrative organ and reflecting it in administration and may create a sensitive space for people who use a ward office.
