Social Overhead Capital(SOC) Construction by Private Investment Relevant constituent is financial institution, development company, construction company, operation, administration specialty company etc. Formation's composition and definite role performance become fetters that can conduct project by success. Need to do proceedings of step business of relevant participation subject standardization for this.
Business of planning phase is stage that have big clout that can control success and failure of business.
Systematic business formality system design and space-time of most suitable and is step that can reduce much expense and side of construction period. Can progress smooth business when achieve business of each type similarity facilities through pre-standardization work of business of planning department. Therefore, it is necessary to investigated throughly the function and information flows all over the SOC Construction. In this research suggests a process model and knowledge-based database in the whole phase of SOC Construction project.
