This museum is il social organization to do a collection, preservation, conveyance and exhibition of a representative heritage for a mankind and nature to protect, educate a cultural and natural heritage and develop a culture. As the core of the cultural activity, mankind and nature open the public a cultural value in things that we created and the museum made to contribute a society and social development should be provided an opportunity to use it to everyone by developing a program to fit to handicapped people who can't view anything by themselves. as a real situation, however, Most of them still have no perfect system for handicapped people. As a result. This thesis is based on the study made a basic material to set a project to construct the museum to consider visually handicapped people' use by analyzing the present condition and people' equipment among new national museums built in 10 years.
