This study grasped existing circumstances of programming and design process to 33 schools which are established newly and reconstructed until 2002~2005 year from the busan metropolitan city office of education. grasped for details business substance by business processing officer of primary responsibility and external institution, schedule accordingly with general process of programmingㆍdesign of educational facility presenting. Also, according to establishment purpose, I classify 33 schools into the school of building land development(18schools), school for learning environment improvement(8schools), reconstruction & transfer school(7schools), and programming and design process grasping each school's planㆍdesign chief of a section's existing circumstances laying stress on busan metropolitan city office of education's student accommodation team, designㆍarchitecture team, connection document of budget teams, report, official document and assembly records. When seeing generally, there was not a guide against a student accommodating plan or site selecting, with the fact that the participation of the user is deficient with the fact that the design period is short together it appeared. Hereafter, the research which it sees a planner of the education facility, the designer, the user question investigation it will grasp the demand and an opinion of planning the designer and the user with character and the improvement which is present suitable.
