The computer and internet's large spread for computer's entry and diffusion bring a social and cultural changes and it comes new paradigm that we call a 'Ubiquitous' as accelerate computer network environment. In the plan for establish 'The revision plan in 4th comprehensive plan of the country'(2004. 04.), we hope for an appearance the 'Ubiquitous' age - there are no limits of a space and time for an information's approach - as a future prospect of a main question in the country and a condition's change. Also there is 'U-korea' strategy that it can renovate public institution and improve a quality of people's life as realize an environment that it can get any services without limits space and time by Ubiquitous's specific characters. Like this, The Ubiquitous's concept have a point not as a discussion of technology but as one of a permanent development. So this project's purpose is to consider a intelligent environment construction, grasp its characters, find a plan that a residence circumstance can make the best suited Ubiquitous computer conditions as predict a new requirement. Our application and realization of Ubiquitous's environment start a first step, also an advanced country concentrate to make a foundation and study an image of the future. Therefore I select internal and external projects and records as the range of analysis that understand an Ubiquitous's environment and perform a study. An essential condition of Ubiquitous's living environment can operate many different conditions - like technology -, but I concerned space and plan conditions in this project.
